About subscriptions, credit packs, renewals, and your balance.
Generation history normally expires after 30 days. A successfully saved Studio or Canvas project keeps a separate copy of its saved images; history expiry does not itself delete that project. Saving cannot recover an already deleted image. Export important work and see the AI use policy for storage boundaries.
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the displayed billing amount. Yearly saves 50% compared with 12 monthly payments, with the same monthly credits and the same price at renewal. Cancel renewal in Billing; access continues until the paid period ends. Credit Packs are one-time purchases with no renewal.

Subscription credits refresh each monthly anniversary, including on yearly plans. Unused monthly credits expire; missed months are not backfilled. Credit Packs are separate and valid for 180 days from purchase.
The same signup and daily reward rules apply to every plan: 20 signup credits once for eligible new users, then 10 daily credits starting 24 hours after activation. Daily credits are valid for the current cycle only. Subscription credits are separate.
No. Credits reserved for a failed or timed-out generation are released back to your balance.
An unexpired Credit Pack balance adds GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, GPT Image 2.5 Flare and Nano Banana 2 alongside GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana Pro, with no subscription required. Up to 4K is available depending on the model. When pack credits run out or expire, model access follows your current subscription.
One subscription is active per account. Manage or cancel renewal in Billing, then choose a different plan after the paid period ends. You can buy Credit Packs anytime to add credits without changing your plan.
